        The dehydrated onion minced is a processed form of the dry onion flakes, which are primarily manufactured from the fresh onion to persist the onion flavor for a longer time. Since old age, the fresh onion has taken place in our foods due to its distinct aromatic flavor and medicinal benefits in human life. The onion minced is widely added as an ingredient in various vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes to add the pungent aromatic flavor of onion.

          The dried onion minced is produced from the dried onion flakes. Firstly, in this procedure, the plant roots and outer skins from the onion flakes are removed by the sorting process, which improves the quality of the final product. Thereafter, it is processed further through a cutting machine to segregate into smaller pieces. Lastly, it is passed through the Vibro forming table, having 1 x 3 mm size. This onion minced is an equal substitute for our main product, dehydrated onion flakes, for different cooking requirements.
